Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order has already been shipped, you may need to receive the product and follow our applicable return policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved and payment has already been made, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
